Well mostly tree trained but i don't care. It has taken over 2 years of persistence to get where we are. YAY! I am baking him a toilet cake (like a birthday cake but because he uses the toilet and i found letter candles that will say poo and wee on top.

I am so happy! :P

Yay! Good for you!

I remember that being a fairly scary time - we had neither a diagnosis nor a clue, so we had no idea why it was taking so long with my son. Such a relief when it happens!

Yeah!

Did you mean to write tree trained or pee trained? lol, My son went through a phase of preferring to go outside and aim for a tree. It was the funniest thing.

Thats terrific :)
We've not even tried to start on our little guy, he's 4 and a bit and couldn't give a monkeys, he just poos and wees in his pants and wanders around without a care in the world, but from what we can glean no time will ever be the right time so we may as well start down the track now.

My son still lacks most sensations. We managed to do it by going to the toilet every half hour and making pushing faces and saying push push ect. We make a funny sight. My daughter however just goes to the toilet like it isn't anything. She trained herself and she is 2.

Great work Mom!

I think we're getting really close with my 4 year old. She'll take of her diaper, go sit on the toilet, use toilet paper, flush, put her pants back on, then wash and dry her hands all on her own! She's got everything down perfectly, except for the peeing and pooing, but it's just around the corner, I can feel it.
