I would try talking to your mom. As parents, we often fail our children for one reason or another... but I would give her the chance. If you really, really don't feel comfortable trying to talk to her, or if she does fail to really listen to you, you should be able to call the doctor who prescribes your meds and talk to them. I'm not sure where you're from, but in the US you have a right to medical privacy at your age. You don't need your mom's permission, HOWEVER.. if your mom is your insurance holder, if you see your doctor, she will receive an explanation of benefits saying that you went to the doctor.

I really encourage you to sit down with your mom and try to talk to her about how you're feeling, but I don't know your relationship... I can't say how she will react. Some people are just weird about those things.. I would always suggest communication first. Think about what you want to say, make yourself notes if you need to.. maybe even write her a note. If that fails... call your doctor.. if that fails (and really it shouldn't unless your doctor thinks you're ok) talk to a school counselor.. anyone you have access to.

Good luck hun!
