Well I was on fb the other day and I heard a great story about an awesome experience with apple´s costumer service.

Wow I'm so impressed. Apple exchanged my 1 week old broken iPad2 knowing my daughter broke it. I went to the Apple store took it out of My padded backpack showed the guy saying this is what my daughter did to my 1 week old iPad2 and the guy just went and said he would exchange it as they couldn't fix it. I then told him my daughter is Autistic and he said there used to be a coworker that has an autistic daughter and another person with an autistic daughter that they used iPads with their autistic girls. I'm going to write up about this and please share this story as this is awesome

And since I couldnt find a thread for great experiences with costumer service/school staff... and I think that this board could benefit from one I thought about creating this thread. Please feel free to share your own similar experiences.

Okay so my friend posted for me about my iPad2 experience back in October well my daughter ended up smashing my replacement. It still works but I thought Oh what the heck I was out anyways so I took it in to the Apple store and yet again It was exchanged for no charge knowing how it was smashed. This time I had my daughter with me and so maybe the guy got won over by her as she's s happy cuddly girl he was very calm gentle talker and said talked to us not to me but to us as he said he would need the broken iPad2 and was looking at my daughter at that time as if he were talking to any 9yr old. So last time they didn't know my daughter was autistic until after they were replacing it this time they did. I can't believe the awesome customer service I have received with Apple. I had an iPhone replaced from physical damage too. I will have to buy a desktop computer soon so I can work from home and well I never had a Mac before cuz of the price but this time its a definate worth trying cuz I know I can get help where with a pc unless you buy it at a store that builds them you have too many options anyways As an autistic parent of an autistic child I have many apps for these areas if you have questions on any specific app ask away I may or may not know it.

Well everyone have an awesome day!! ! Thanks Steve Jobs you are awesome!! !
