Generally speaking, aspies have a more difficult time achieving a hypnotic state than others. And even when you can, you have to remember that our differences are hardwired in our brains, not simply the result of subconscious motivators. As a tool, hypnosis can be useful for certain things, like relaxation, impulse control or memory recall, but it's not a replacement for good old fashioned therapy, so I wouldn't recommend trying it as a 'short cut' for anything.
