Yeah, just basically that it can be random sometimes. Actually its not that uncommon believe it or not. Like my nephew has Di George's syndrome and it is a random mutation. There are more and more genetic disease that are popping up when there is no link.
Like I said, It would be nice to be able to read the original study as we are interested in another oddity in the Autism world of genetics. Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type III Hyper mobility syndrome is strangely common in people on the spectrum. There are some scientist who are very interested in this. Even my Rheumatologist was aware of it.
