I am always shocked when I see something that is actually good news in the newspaper so I thought I'd share this:

Once this is through the testing phase, will it be available to those who are self diagnosed? Also, I consider the price to be way too high, and as someone who is self diagnosed, I would not qualify for a grant for this. After the testing phase will the price be lowered to a reasonable level?
