Any instructions for making this?

I can probably figure it out if someone just tells me what materials would be preferred (is fleece ok?) and what part of the blanket needs to be weighted. I can buy poly pellets to weight it, just need to know where to put them. Do they go into the edges of the blanket? I really want to try this for my daughter. She always wants a blanket, I'm thinking a weighted one might help her when she has a meltdown or freaks out with anxiety,

Having only attempted to make a small weighted sample, I will say sewing it shut after the pellets are inside proved to be the most frustrating spot. Maybe I am overfilling each pocket, but I want it to be as heavy as possible!

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

ps. in my opinion, I would make the blanket full of pellets out of a stronger material than fleece because of the stress to the fabric due to the weight. However, a fleece cover that can be taken off and washed would be a great idea, such as a duvet cover for people's winter comforters, etc. So, I would use something like regular cotton fabric for the pockets and then just make a fleece cover. my two cents! :)
