is 7 yrs old too old for ABA or ABA can be done at any age? My daughter is verbal; she can use words and sentences but there is room for a lot of improvement.

My personal opinion is that it depends upon the therapist. I think many ABA practitioners are used to working with younger kids, so I would want to find someone who had significant experience applying it to older kids. I do know someone who's son had ABA through the age of 8 or 9 with success. He was a high functioning kid. But the programs he did were nothing like what you would see a 3-4 year old doing. that gives me a lot of hope as daughter is HFA (I think she is - it depends what is definition of HFA). I will check the link you posted
