I see a thread on the GF/CF diet, so I know ppl. do think about using the biomedical approach with their kids, but has anyone actually gone to the DAN conferences or see a DAN dr?

I have just found (while doing some poking around) that my dr's office has a DAN dr and I just called to check out the services available. Turns out he no longer practices "in Canada" per se, as it is no longer considered a covered service, but he is available through their office for webcam consult/service. They charge $50 for a 1/2 hour and I might even consider doing it, but thought I would see what others thought?

We have gone down this road once before and know that it takes a huge amount of commitment, time, money, etc....

so I am looking for input on the dr's more so than the treatment options.

Thanks in advance.

Melissa

Not sure if anyone else is interested, but I came across a free webconference last night and took part. It was headed by a Dr. Shaw & Susan Owens.

Very interesting information and Susan spent a great deal of time afterwards providing as much information as possible to those with questions.

Perhaps you would like to check out those 2 sites...
