My son in a group home

Hi all I'm new here I have a 15 year old son who is autistic,nonverbal and has ADHD. He has been in a group home for 7 months because of his behaviors. Out out of the 6 months I've notice that the manager does not keep up with appointments. So he would reschedule appointment 2-3 times and important appointments.So I got tired of that and talked to he's supervisor and I told her that I never missed my son appointments.My son is 15 and weights 100 pounds right now and has been throwing up. I say 3 times a day there so I'm over there to see him and they put my son outside to eat. Because they didn't won't to clean his mess.I no this is a lot one of the staff made a comment saying that my son calls one of the other staff mom.And that my son doesn't talk to me or call me mom. And she starts laughing so at the CFT meeting I told everyone there so now they put him in a new place. I guess there giving them another change put I really don't care I want him to go to other place. So some of the staff are new to me so I guess they no about me but I don't care.

Sorry you had problems with the old staff
maybe you can find out if he really is communicating with them or maybe the new hopefully friendlier staff
if he is maybe they can give you some tips not because you aren't doing a good job but they might
have insights just being professionals
you can use this advice to help him and even one day bring him home
