I can't belive what a difference that our 3-4 sessions w/the dr have made. Sport_Rulz has been like a totally different child in the stores lately. I am amazed. Since he has been better, so has little bit. She always follows his lead. :x

But, he has stayed by my side. I can't believe it. :P :P :P :P

(after the weekend we had I really needed that)

Glad your sessions are helping.

We are also amazed at the progress UbbyUbbyUbby has made after 4 sessions with the psychologist. (+ me fighting the school to get his IEP implemented).

He's happy at home, happy at school and having fun playing with his friend (he has 1 friend who is equally obsessed with dinosaurs).

UbbyUbbyUbby had never said 'I love you' to me but he's said it 3 times in last 3 weeks!

His dr mainly talks to him and works with him on things like appropriate hand motions and body language. I am still foggy as to how she getts through to him so well, but, his grandparents have started noticing a difference w/him already too. :P My parents noticed that at the beginning of there visit how he was (he went 3 wks between appts this time) and how he was after his appt. He calms down much more. She just mainly talks to him right now, but the changes are awesome. Even meltdowns are much more calmer.

Wish I could tell you more, but, I haven't quite figured it out it myself. :?
