Whether today is mothers day for you or not thank you for your efforts in dealing with those of us with this very misunderstood condition.

A good day was the day I decided to be my own mother.

Trying to love yourself, forgive yourself, and care for yourself to the best of your ability even when you are wrung out and depleted....each and every long day and night.... through the rough and the smooth, the really sh***y and the euphoric...

... so on that note I wish you all the very best success in caring for yourselves with love!
