Is there any one who I could have a private message exchange with about some sensitive safety concerns and possible solutions to them?

It involves undiagnosed grandparents raising their male grandchild whose about to hit puberty but got his first dangerous behavior intervention at 4.

Please be aware this is a safety issue.
I am not interested in chatting to anyone who would view my concern as criticism.
