I would like to know if you have encountered these situations because I am researching AS and pregnancy/prenatal conditions.

If you have comments or additional info, please add them here in a reply post.

Thank you, much appreciated!

Define hormonal problems. Do you mean issues like hypothyroid/hyperthyroid?

I had problems with the corpus luteal cyst which supplies hormones for the pregnancy before the placenta takes over.

I mean hormones in general that keep the pregnancy normal. Some women experience problems, deficiency, and have to refer from strenous activity for example, or take (hormonal) supplements etc.

I have no idea if hormones played a part in my pregnancy difficulties. I don't know how to distinguish them. I mean, pregnancy is a hormone issue and pregnancy-induced illness would be a consequence of that. But no one diagnosed me with a "hormone problem". I had pregnancy induced hypertension, allergic reaction to pregancy, and something else I can't remember.

Nearly duplicate thread here.

Would perhaps be nice to close one, with a link to the other.

Don't worry about it being posted on 2 different forums. People will reply and vote to the one they see first anyway.

My hormonal problems came with my second pregnancy, my AS child was my first.

Does morning sickness that lasted for about 5 months into each pregnancy count as a hormonal problem? I wasn't sure what to put.

With my second pregancy, I got pica and pregnancy induced hypertension towards the end and also got nosebleeds (painless but a bit scary - I'd think my nose was running and then find out it was blood that was coming out instead of water - it would happen whenever I got upset so maybe it had something to do with blood pressure)
