I am looking for a reliable doctor in Miami diagnose Autism

I am looking for a doctor to diagnose my 20-year-old son, some doctors saw him and did not diagnose Aspenger. He needs help and I would like a recommendation of doctors in Miami who have experience with adult autism.

You might consider a specialist like a psychiatrist. While a medical doctor that practices psychiatric medicine may not be able to prescribe anything effective for Aspergers, he may have the experience to make a diagnosis more than a family practitioner.
