There is a kids' ball team here in my city called the "Miracle League." It's for kids who would normally have a difficult time playing on a regular ball team. Not only are there team members in wheelchairs, but there are some autistic kids on the team as well. Here is the website: http://www.CharlestonMiracleLeague.org.

More and more Miracle Leagues are being started around the country, so it's an idea for someone who may be looking for a cause!

This looks like a great organization.

Sounds like a good idea to me. I remember playing baseball in the park with my friends way back when. I recall once I brought a small rubber ball to use. I didn't have a glove, but I played anyway. I caught a fly ball with my bare hands. It hurt, but it felt good inside.

That's a wonderful idea. I wish that there was something like that, when I was a kid.
