jacobdallen, you really should go back to the doctor -- you need to eat to be able to grow. That much of a weight loss is not normal. Unless Strattera is doing magical things for you, the lack of interest in eating is a major negative side effect. There are other meds to try, and at your age (the same age as my son) you should be eating like a horse. One of the major things that doctors look for as a negative side effect of these ADHD meds is NOT EATING. For years people have talked about Ritalin being tough on kids because they tend to not grow -- it's really NOT that they aren't GROWING, it's that they aren't EATING, which in turn results in a lack of growth. So GET TO THE DOCTOR!
Katrine, I'm wondering how your son is doing on the lower dose of Strattera after Easter vacation. I hope that he's doing better!

Yeah, I'm going to bring that issue up when I go back to the center for child development. I also wear a Daytrana patch, which is a patch form of an oral medicine I used to take called "Concerta". It's a 20mg patch. I'm sure it has something to do with it, but I will indeed look into that at the doctor. I suggest I should at least take a multi-vitamin.
