Thank you all for sharing in my complete JOY! I was told when my son was diag 3 years ago, that each milestone that he does make will be such tremendous joy for you. Just having him finally say "Mom" is so wonderful....Ive been waiting over 3 years to hear his sweet voice again. It makes all the difficulty worth it. I wouldnt ever change a thing. 8)

Beautiful.
I know the feeling.

for the first time when I gone and got my son from the daycare where his
mother dropped him off he came running to me as he most always does,
but this time he just did not say daddy!, he said "My Daddy's Here!" then threw
his arms around my leg and wouldn't let go until I picked him up and held him,
he held on so tight, I could feel the love, he really missed me.
The daycare lady said he has been impatiently waiting all morning for me,
I wish I had that every day of my life.

wonderful!

It's just the beginning--I'm sure.

Makes me think how much is taken for granted. My son (8) can finally do outside school activities--wow. I know the feeling. I'm forever on the edge of my seat it seems-

best,
