I was wondering for a person who is just starting out how hard it is for them to find a quality provider, does your state/county help you in the selection or do you have to do the research on your own? Do you have a choice of what provider services you go with and what would you want to know from them before hand to help you make your decision on what service or provider to go with? Do they provide you with a tool where you can submit what services you are interested in and have the providers contact you with information?
