i agree, most of the time i am quite tired...just getting my head around a simple day can make me sleepy and confused....
i usually try to sleep atleast 10 hours per day, but since i dont sleep very well i think i am down to around 6-8 and i really notice when i dont get enough sleep, but i cannot do much about it since i am a full time student and need to study ect...
could try Melatonin tablets, i have them, but have not dared to try them yet...
