Anyone else like these games?

My favorites are Red Alert and Zero Hour.

I love them all, except maybe Tib Sun. And I have the First Decade, but not CNC 3.

I play Generals the most.

I really like them. RTS is a great genre. I've played 'em all, and I like most of them. Generals is kind of a favorite.
I play mainly NOD in the Tiberian Games, the Soviets in Red Alert, or the GLA in Generals.

It all depends. Nod had the weapons and tactics best suited to me, and I loved to make those attack buggys. Those things were sweet. Stealth is awesome, and so are the superweapons. Plus, LASERS! :)
The Soviets had the best Tanks, and I loved the accents. :P Plus, Nukes were very effective, and again, weapons and tactics.
GLA don't need power generation, unless you're capturing, the vehicles are effective, and cheap, the tactics are strong, the units interesting, and of course, the Scud Storm.

I really prefer to play through each side, and then choose the one I'm best at for multiplayer.

I think C&C Generals is great. I've played that a lot.

I like the voice-over of the GLA construction worker a lot. "These tools are so heavy!" "Can I get some new shoes?" "This is such hard work!" "Okay, okay, I will work!"

This is from the Halogen mod to Generals (which was stopped by Microsoft.) It includes some of those phrases.

What strategies do you tend to employ?

I usually build up base defenses while I'm constructing an air force. Putting snipers and rocket men in the Chinooks seems to be a good offensive weapon when I play, although that isn't as good as a Helix you'd be surprised at how quickly they clear infantry and cavalry.

i like all the cnc games and my fave sides and reasons are below

cnc 95 or the first cnc - nod it's quicker to build loads of light tanks and rush
red alert - allies light tank rush and i like the gap generator for multiplayer
tiberian sun - NOD as nod has artilary and without firestorm TS is very unbalanced
RA2 - allies i like the IFV's and battle fortress and the weather control
Generals - america laser general or air force i like aircraft also like china for the hackers
cnc3 - NOD like the avater, and the walking insect shaped MCV

i love RTS games and cnc overall though i wasn't so keen on renegade

i also like defcon, homeworld series and many other rts games

if you fancy a game contact me and i'll play

Strategy? There is no strategy in CnC games! You just build up your units and then hurl them against the enemy in a mindless orgy of destruction. 8)

i enploy tank rushes easy tataic hence why i like light tanks cause on RA1 and cnc1 i build like 2 or 3 war factories and just churrn out the tanks comnstantly and than steamroll in

though on cnc3 i use shadow teams for hit and runs along with vemon and stealth tanks and MCV rush
