Fighting the Flood in Halo, especially in the Library level, is the most mind-numbing repetitious experience I ever had. I could really feel my consciousness fading out.

Most of the "boss" enemies from Deus Ex can be taken out with a rocket. That's it. Job done.

rats, from any RPG. is it some sort of humiliation ritual to make the 1st level fighter flee from a rat?

The flood are anoying but I think they are cool, there backstory is a bit interesting to me, and Halo 3 they are sort of different stratagy involved. I often use the sword and Assault rifle, for one they alow you to have fun with the energy sword which I don't use on any other enemy as it does not last long. And with the assault rifel if you hit the place where the flood has imbed itself it is an instant kill, but makes me think the ranged pure flood form is one of my least favirout enemies. Also the fact that your friends can become your enimies makes you take special care of them.

the zombies in Resident Evil's 1 through 3. they lumber around, if they get you you can just push them off without taking much damage at all, in most areas you can pretty much run around when and not waste your ammo. if you try to take them out with a handgun it takes forever, and if you can waste half a dozen of them with the shotgun so it becomes a big laugh after that. at least the Ganados in RE4 actively TRY to kill you!

also, in Simon's Quest Dracula (appropriately) gets a lot of flak. but Death is clearly the weenie boss of the game. which sucks because Death is usually harder than Dracula in most Castlevania games (appropriate since Death is a law of nature and not some random vampire).

and of course, Bob the Fish in Earthworm Jim...but then again that was the joke, wasn't it?

Uhm... could explain your post? I honestly don't know what you're trying to say... :?:

Anyway... I'de have to say the worst enemy would be Manical Books from Persona 3. They ALWAYS come in groups of fours (GAAH!), and there only weakness is to darkness (I can't find any personas that have mudo yet. I'de like to know how I'm supposed to defeat a shadow when I don't even have its weakness...

a wolf

In just about every mmorpg ever. Oh they will change them up slightly and make them higher level give them a new ability like rabies (a rabid wolf), make them purple and put little flames on their feet (a demon wolf), or put them in the snow and make them stark white (a winter wolf). In the end all of this makes no difference a wolf, is a wolf, is a wolf.

Thankfully, it's easy to make a mod that turns them docile (literally changing one variable setting on the cliff racer template)... that is, as long as you have Morrowind for a real system and not a s**tbox...
