The race against Metal Sonic in Sonic CD is my favourite.

Oh god that fight is annoying! I played it on an emulator, and you have to be EXTREMELY precise with the movement because it's just keys and no analog stick!

But anyway my favorite fight is with Ganon/Ganondorf at the end of OoT.
It's cool to figure out just how many ways you can defeat them!

Korax: Hexen

Of all the Hexen II bosses I don't like any of them. They tend to alternate between too hard and too easy. I actually worked it out with Eidolon, it takes 25 minutes of being hit with the ballista before he goes down. And that was with Godmode on so it was a continuous hitting process.

Shadow Link: Legend of Zelda II - The Adventure of Link

Twinrova: Zelda OoT

Final battle with Ganondorf: Zelda Twilight Princess

Kintaro: Mortal Kombat II (Far cooler, and harder, then Shao Khan)

That's all for now, I'll work out more when I get home.

Golden Sun's Dullahan. Because he still kicks my ass.

I actually found Koume & Kotake to be easier than any of the other temple bosses in OoT... and even Barinade, for that matter. Though Volvagia's pretty easy too. Phantom Ganon, on the other hand...

The ice temple boss in Phantom Hourglass was pretty fun. :)

Bosses from MGS3: Subsistence kick asses, my favorites are The Boss, The End and The Fury. Also, I like Ocelot, I don't know why, . . . he has "something".

A bunch of the bosses in the Banjo Kazooie games were good, just the way they would interact with Banjo and Kazooie before the fight. Mega Smith from the path of Neo also comes to mind as the Wachowsky Brothers come in at a part where in the movie Neo is supposed to lose but they say that would be a sucky game so they say this.
