Yeah i play poker sometimes. i mostly play freerolls until i get enough money for the table games. I have tilt problems though, sometimes i will grind until i have over 100$ but if i lose back down to 80$ i would move up to higher stakes because i want to win it back quickly, then i lose most of the money on draws with bad odds :?

No you don't need to pay for freerolls and you can win money, but on a site i play on called Party Poker you have to open a real money account first before you can play the freerolls so you have to deposit some money.

I do play with my friends in real life but I'm too young to play online. It's a fascinating game however.

I have played poker before with friends, I am aparently fairly good at coming up with what to do, and strategies, but my execution is off and I give away too much on my face.

Make a good poker face then!

Does anybody have a preference for online poker or live poker?

I love Texas-Hold-em style poker. I'm not great at it, but I can do a good poker face. My dad's very good at poker, and he always smiles at his hand. Remember, you don't have to show no emotion, you just have to not show an emotion that will reveal your hand. Although I wouldn't think it would be a problem for an aspie to not show any emotion...

Texas Hold 'em is the best however I'm really getting to grips with Omaha now (I'm playing my first proper game with my friends this weekend - we're playing a mixed tournament consisting of NL Hold 'em and PL Omaha).

Have you ever made a profit via a no deposit bonus?
I've gotten myself a few no deposit bonuses for online casinos before, but they're quite restrictive about what they let you use them on ... no poker (not surprisingly), no roulette ... only fruit machines, pretty much ... and then your bonus disappears in the space of about an hour.
At least that's what I've found.

I played a video game called The Witcher. In this game they play poker with dice. I was wondering if that happens these days? If it does, is it a popular way to play poker?
