Any thoughts. I am planning on getting it tomorrow. I played the demo and it it fun. All the well-known locations from Star Trek, and you can be the captain of your own ship, and interact with thousands of other people in the game, what is NOT to love?

There has been 2-3 older topics on this board, and everyone came to the conclusion that this game is garbage.

I played it out of beta and it was buggy as hell but to me it was... what the word... It showed POTENTIAL... But it has this little problem of having, not just a completely incompetent and over-ambitious dev team, but said team is also working on updating and maintaining another game and is currently making another. So yeah, not surprised if it's still unfixed and crap.

It definitley does have potential, it is still a new game, and an ambitious one at that... I think some stealth missions with use of a cloaking device would be cool, or the ability to have a personal cloaking device on ground missions, but it is still a new game... At least I have had no major issues with palying it, a couple times where the phaser blasts on ship combat hit away from the actual ship you are fighting, but that is about all... The customizing ships and uniforms are cool features
