I want to get herblore to 84 or 85 this weekend. Mining as well. if i get there with those, then maybe smithing. Trouble is that the reate of extra xp decays during those weekends. So vote early, and vote often! lol

Yea I used to no life rs erryday. Then I realized the game was just a never ending giant grindfest. I play now and then to pk, though.

Played RS "back in the days" (from my perspective) from around 2005 to 2007. Got horribly bored with it ages before I quit. Couldn't stand the grinding. Mostly concerned myself with discussing the lore on the forums.

I started playing when I was probably 10 and played on and off (mostly on, whenever I could) over the next 3-4 years. My interest in the game drastically fell when RS2 came out as RSC was so much more entertaining for me.

Ah lol, this is my first day on the forums and I find a Runescape thread. I am not surprised at all given RS has one of the worst communities I've ever encountered (worst being mw2).

Anyway, my RS username: Sky Sabre. I still play on and off. I'm not addicted to it or anything.

Four words ruined Runescape for me a few weeks back: Free Trade and Wilderness. Yep, that's right, they've bought them back to their old glory! What a terrible idea!

Why is it a terrible idea? Jagex got their old players back. The players that joined after 2007 get to know how it was like and the real world trading issue is no longer a problem because of chinese laws.

Nobody is forcing you to go there. I don't PK and voted for it to come back, I still buy everything from the GE. A game should never restrict the player.

What's up with everyone "doubling" money? As if.

Basically, they're trying to take your money by claiming they have a program that doubles money when your trade it to them and then they teleport or just ignore you. Unless someone's accually doing it same-trade window don't bother.
