Huge zelda fan since I was a child, and I want to know; are you one as well?

Tell me what your favorite game was in the series, and why. Or tell me why you don't like Zelda if you feel that way.

Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask, and Wind Waker are my favorites, what about you?

I've played one Zelda game in my lifetime.

Majora's Mask, and it wasn't bad. Nintendo games in general aren't my thing, and LoZ is one of the only ones that I've played.

Although Nintendo games are my no means childish, I tend to prefer things that have more "mature" content. Might make a thread on gaming preferences actually, since I don't want to derail your Zelda thread.

I've gotten through almost all Zelda games most recently Skyward Sword on the Wii. I like how the Skyward Sword graphics style is a cross between the cartoon look(wind waker), and the semi-realistic look(twilight princess).

Zelda:Wind Waker is probably my favorite game in the series by the way.

Might play another since I don't have much to do right now. Any recommendations if I were to pick one?

I'm gonna play Ocarina on the 3DS, it's amazing, like an hd remake!

Since the only one you've played is the weird "Majora's Mask" for N64. Maybe you should play the original NES Zelda on the virtual console(Wii/3DS).

I got through that when the 3DS was new. It was my third time playing through Ocarina of time. By the way have you played Zelda:Skyward Sword for Wii yet?

It's pretty much my favorite series next to Metroid, and Metal Gear Solid isn't too far behind. My favorites would have to be The Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, and Majora's Mask. SS was a particular treat, after having been very disappointed by Twilight Princess, and the fact it's pretty reminiscent of TWW. I've played almost every game in the series(all but Four Swords and the couple games not released in the US), and other than that the only ones I haven't finished are Adventure of Link and Spirit Tracks(though I got very close in both).

"Only twice" is that supposed to be funny? lol, I played it through once, and I put in over 70-hours worth of playing time collecting everything. It's well less than a year old too, so you playing through twice is a lot.

No, it wasn't a joke, I just didn't collect everything on either playthrough, I just wanted to complete it on the harder difficulty.
