I can't believe no one mentioned Squall from Final Fantasy 8 yet. He has a case of emotional constipation and is indifferent.

The Master Chief of Halo.
He rarely talks, and when he does, it's always something relevant to the situation. Also, the Chief and his fellow Spartans were known to exhibit "mildly sociopathic tendencies." Trouble interacting with others? Sounds like an Aspie to me.
It's also worth mentioning that the Chief has an easier time killing others rather than speaking with them.
