Angry Birds Trilogy, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Mario Tennis Open all for the 3DS
I also got a Wii U Black with Nintendo Land, I got it for Xmas, but I knew head of time since it showed up on my Game Stop Power Rewards.

Mass Effect (downloaded via PSN only way to get it on the PS3 without buying the already owned ME2 and ME3).

Edit: Pre-ordered Tomb Raider yesterday after this post. :)

Tomb Raider. I haven't played it yet; it's preordered. Natural Selection 2 is the last game I've bought and played. Really good team based multiplayer FPS, as good as Tribes Ascend.
