I wouldn't call it "bad emulation", but that's pretty sweet.

This used game place that closed a little while back had a NeoGeo arcade cab, but it always had an "out of order" sign on it =( I don't know if it was actually for sale or not, I don't think it was.

Nice, good to see a collector. I don't collect anything like that myself, I don't exactly have financial independence, but I can imagine it's really awesome to be able to physically hold these old games and use the old controllers. I still have my PS1, PS2, Gameboy Advance and Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and I still play the PS2 at times. I use collections to play Mega Drive games now but that's mostly because I never had many to begin with.

I know you're not a big fan, but I'd LOVE to make a MAME (or similar) cabinet! :D

I find most of the emulators work perfectly well... most, at least.

Some games just need the original controls, like Discs of Tron, Spy Hunter, Star Wars, Afterburner II, Major Havoc, etc.
If money was no object, I'd have each of those classics!

I once tried playing "Spy-Hunter" with a keyboard. Let's just say it didn't happen again.
