It just lets you build houses mostly. It's only 5$ (I got it for 2.50$} and it's worth every penny. Dragonborn might have some graphical improvents, but I'm not entirely sure.

Hitman Absolution bought it the day it came out for £33 10 days later it was down to £15 haha wish i hate waited a bit longer. Great game like.

I have rented a few games since then but Hitmans the last game i bought my self
