Yeah, Guild Wars is awesome. Hell, we should make a WP guild.

So yeah. I'm friggen' obsessed with the game. When I'm not drawing or watching the rare selection of animes I like, I'm playing this.

It's a MMORPG of sorts, fantasy based n'all. You play as an adventurer and save the world and stuff. It's kind of like WoW at times, but totally different. No subscription fees, but you have to pay 50 dollars for every version--of which there are three. If you're interested, it's probably best to start out with the first version--Prophecies. It's the easiest one to learn from, whereas Factions and Nightfall are fairly rushed at the beginning. They were smart enough to realize that it's best to stop leveling at level 20, such that you don't spend the rest of your life grinding for levels--you just strategize on what selection of skills you're going to bring, and go.

Its OK, haven't played since I was kicked by a Guild for not being there over the summer though

I don't like the gameplay but it gets mad props for being an MMO without monthly fees.

I haven't played GW for months. Bet I got kicked off my guild for not playing for months lol. And I don't think I'd be much help in a WP guild. I only have GW Prophecies. I don't have Factions or Nightfall. Though I want them a lot.

I haven't got nightfall - I was going to wait for it to come down in price, an dnow I don't think I want it.

Ive got gw p, f and n. I'll be buying the new expansion thats out soon too.

Nightfall is far more pve. Probably the best balanced game so far.





[edit] just checked and it seems to be your lucky day. I had a free 10-hour/14-day trial key for the nightfall campaign sent to me just after the game came out. Enjoy.

i play it around 100 hours a week when i can but normally its just 5hours a day
