I made my Sims eat spoiled food. They were visibly disgusted and acted sick, got the Nauseated moodlet, followed by the URRRRRRRP moodlet, but unlike in The Sims 3, they didn't throw up. Maybe they don't in this game. I don't like divorcing or breaking Sims up at all. I'd rather more short-term stuff that doesn't result in them getting killed or wrecking their life completely.

How can you torment them without a swimming pool or a fireplace?

I was introduced to Sims by someone once. They created a Sim of my mum, then one to be her boyfriend, and made them have sex. Never went near that again. 8O

Well, the first day my sim got the emotion "mortified" (which can kill a sim).

Fireplaces have been in the game since day 1.

I think I would be tormenting myself just by playing this waste of time and computer space game.
