Can somebody make a 3DS theme for me?

I would make it myself, but the theme editor application just crashes whenever I do anything. It's an Azumanga Daioh theme, and I've made the bitmaps and a friend of mine has got a song from the anime that can hopefully be edited to be looped. It's all in this Tumblr post with Google Docs links:

I really don't want to have to bump this.
