This is why I haven't bought a ps3 yet. I haven't had the incentive of a really good game to tempt me from waiting till the price comes down. For now my ps2 is good enough.

LittleBigPlanet is the game I'm most looking forward to. (If you have a PSN account, maybe we should get together and make a 'wrongplanet planet')
In second place is Spore for PC. I like how they've made the engine scalable, so it runs on my 6 year old PC (with upgraded RAM and pixel shader 3.0 graphics card)
Resistance 2 comes third. Nothing else really takes my interest.

Really? I've felt the total opposite, that we're being swamped with really good games later this year. In no particular order (courtesy of GameFAQs), there's:
LittleBigPlanet
Disgaea 3
Far Cry 2
Tom Clancy's Endwar
Tomb Raider Underworld
The Last Remnant
Resident Evil 5
Spore
The Witcher Enhanced Edition
Grand Theft Auto 4
Left 4 Dead
Mirror's Edge
Valkyria Chronicles
Fallout 3
Saints Row 2
Resistance 2
Infinite Undiscovery
Rock Band 2
Gears of War 2
As for the Wii, there's not a huge lineup, there's a Guitar Hero minus any DLC, a toned down version of Tomb Raider Underworld, and a new Animal Crossing that looks ported from the DS, but now has some minor nod to the Wii's online capabilities (email I think). Deadly Creatures which was shown at E3 looks fantastic, but there's no release date yet. And there's Wii Sports Plus.
I haven't mentioned any PSN, XBL or VC/WW games, but off the top of my head I can think of a few of interest.

LePetitPrince, many of the games you listed won't be coming out in 2008 and may not even come out in 2009 given that they have just been announced (ie. Diablo 3). As for Galactic Civilization 2 Twilight of the Arnor, that's already out.
