It was such a long time ago.

The first GAME game I've ever played was Jazz Jackrabbit on the old 386 (PC). I was playing educational games before that (Treasure Mountain being my favorite).

The first console we ever got was an NES. I loved playing Super Mario Bros. 3. My most prominent memories with video games were with the Nintendo 64 though.

Pong, back in the late 70's. I then went through a dry spell until about 1990 when I got an NES

I had an Apple II+ that came with 3 games: Brick Out, Lemonade Stand and (I believe it was called) Animals.

I think my first game was either Doom 2 on the Mac, or Aladdin on the Mega Drive II.

However, the first game I really loved was Escape Velocity on the Mac. It's a top-down Elite clone, but with more of a narrative (which is still optional, of course).

My first game, I believe, was Backyard Baseball, the original, for PC. I still love those games. For my other systems:

GBA: Mario Kart Super Circuit, or possibly NBA Jam 2002
PSX: MLB 99, Cubix Robots for Everyone, and two others I don't remember
PS2: NBA Street Vol. 2
N64: 1080 Snowboarding

This may be hard to believe but the first game I ever got was Contra home version on the NES (btw this was in 2000 and I'm 12 now) So for the record I've been kickin' ass since I was 2. We got a NES and a few games for $2 lol. Battletoads, Contra and A boy and his blob. I have no idea how I remembered this.
