No matter how bad the recent games may be I've always loved the music found in the sonic games, but one of my favorites is still the company of heroes soundtrack. Especially during the Caen missions

This is a treasure trove. The entire soundtracks of Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and the Final Fantasy series should be included. But there are also some Western RPGs with some kick-ass soundtracks.

Anyone remember that lesser known fallout game, Brotherhood of Steel? That game had a great soundtrack by a few different metal bands, including (if I remember right) Killswitch engage and Slipknot. Watch below! (Keep in mind they are all instrumentals, and these are not representative of the entire songs, just what interplay did to make them boss-battley)

The theme/intro songs from Battlefield 1942 and BF2 is some of my all-time favourite when it comes to game music.
