Okay, I wasnt going to do this yet, but... next up is indeed Super Mario Bros 2... the Japanese one. Lost Levels it is!
I expect that suckage and stupid deaths are about to repeatedly occur. I shall soon know if this prophecy comes true.
Best Mario game: Lost Levels.
I've been playing Crypt of the Necrodancer a lot lately. Awesome fun game. Great innovation. I wish the rhythms were harder though, I hardly ever screw up the rhythm. The Congo boss is a step in the right direction however, but more is needed. Maybe mods. After I'm done playing this game after an hour or two, I feel like I'm still playing it and trying to do everything along with the rhythm, and with the music still in my head.
I'm supposed to play MGS V, but I'm concerned that it won't be challenging enough to keep my mind from wandering, but I'm only at the beginning where everything is far too easy. Is there a hard mode I could trigger somehow? Kinda like in Metal Gear Rising where the secret code unlocks the hardest mode? Die in one or two hits. Well, I like the story in MGS games, except for the long winded parts most of the time. Stealth games are fun, but it can be tedious and slow at times, it can take a lot of patience.

Well I was playing more Raiden 4, but then I had to take a break to BEAT THE #$)% OUT OF THE GODDAMN COMPUTER because it suddenly and randomly dropped the USB connection AGAIN, for about the billionth time. My patience with it has now completely broken.
It's time to save up and replace that heap of crap. I tell ya, a high end gaming rig aint worth much if the dumbasses that set it up DIDNT DO IT RIGHT. It's had screwball problems since day one.
I swear, once I finally do replace it, I'm going to take it outside and hit it with the car. For my own warped satisfaction.
I think the only devices that have ever irritated me more than this stupid thing are all PS2s. Particularly the last one, the TENTH of them. That one ended up in a pond. I was not in a good mood that day. It had it coming.
On the plus side, I havent destroyed anything in anger yet.
I think I'm going to start using the laptop for some of these games instead. It wasnt built by drunken monkeys with hammers.
LOL! I know that feeling. It's been several years since I last beat up a computer. I don't know how I learned to be so patient with video games having issues for the past few years... although, if I'm in a really bad mood, sometimes I do yell at my computer if something takes forever to load... I keep thinking, why do I do that? The computer isn't going to load the whatever by yelling at it and clapping my hands and snapping my fingers and making angry face... Better to take deep breaths and relaxation exercises, like isometric exercises for example seem to really help with anger, and builds muscle.
