No, the first was the game itself using a cheat device, the the other one was a modification of the original so it looks like wind-waker running inside an emulator on Windows.
I wish they had white link in OoT

Zelda: Ocarina of Time is my forte, I can answer almost anything to do with it found on the internet. The first screenshot is simply from using a tunic gameshark code which is:
8111A66C 7777
8011A640 0015
The second one is a texture modification, which is ran in conjunction with an emulator, a plugin called Rice's Plug in, a texture mod called Djipi's Cel Zelda Mod and the OoT ROM. Most people use the plugin with an emulator called PJ64 (don't worry, emulators are perfectly legal, especially this one). However the ROM's pretty much illegal unless you use your own back up (and even then this is a legal grey area). Of course, Nintendo is going to do too much if you do use it on the PC. But I'm not going to announce where to get it here for obvious reasons.
I've got loads of other pictures here...
I have loads more hearts in some pictures because I used a gameshark code to get 40 of them, lol (8111A5FE 0280).

In some of those pictures I don't see anything different(or at least not too my memory, its been months since I've played) Whats different about the view of death mountain (and other places) or are they just screen shots from the regular game?
The textures have been re-done to make it seem more cel-shaded, like in Wind Waker. Trust me, it definitely looks different from the original game
