Hearthstone and Undertale. It's been a long time since I got into TCG and Undertale comes highly recommended as an indie game...

That's what turbo controllers are for B) I don't even bother trying to play Fester's Quest without one. IIRC, the instruction manual even recommends it.

It's on the Wii U. Which is one of the worst emulators ever, when running old games. It has zero features aside from being able to make ONE save-state. Only one.

Good ol' Nintendo.... sigh....

I forgot Arma II was a game for second, all I use it for is DayZ, and in fact brought the game for that purpose. I don't think I have ever launched vanilla Arma II.

Currently I am playing Star Wars: the Old Republic. No expansions yet.

I'm playing Final Fantasy Curtain Call with my epic and diverse [sarcasm] team of: Cloud, Tifa, AC Cloud, and AC Tifa. I'm thinking of replaying FFVII soon.

Mario Maker and Isaac, as well as constant testing on the game I'm working on. I think I'm gonna jump back onto Minecraft later tonight, too. Though, I'm not one bit pleased with the change they made to boats. Why they did that, I dont know...

What changes could they possibly do to the boat? I mean, boats are boats.

Maybe they changed them so the boats don't look like you're sailing around in a wooden box anymore?

Well now that I think about it, it looks like you're a vampire using his/her coffin as boat rather than looking like an actual person on a boat.

^That reminds me of Vincent [from FFVII], although he's certainly not a vampire [you find him locked in a coffin, though, but not of his own free will].

I played the Bloodborne expansion (The Old Hunters) during the whole weekend. Dear God, I thought this game couldn't get better... The expansion pack is harder than the original content and I'm having a lot of fun with it!!
Of course I'm also playing a lot of Mario Maker because I just can't get enough of that thing.

Fallout 1. Finally got this to run correctly on my system. So far I'm deliberately avoiding FAQS and guides, just wandering around getting into trouble, finding it fun.

Well, you know how boats worked before, where you just used very, very simple controls to move them? W to accellerate, S to slow down, A and D to turn.... nice and simple, yeah?

Well, someone on the dev team decided that this wasnt realistic (?) enough for the boats.

So now, all boats have oars. Entire models have changed. But it's not just a visual change. You have to actually ROW with the damn things. No more just holding forward to go forward.... there IS no forward button anymore! Nor are there buttons to turn the things. A is for the left oar, D is for the right. That's it. You can guess just where it goes from there. The things are carpal-tunnel syndrome in vehicle form. They're also slower, because the game sure needed THAT too.

I've found them utterly unusable, as have many players. Seriously, they're AWFUL. This is a problem when a HUGE amount of the world can be covered in oceans, as real exploration often requires crossing them. Even short distances though are just not viable now.

The ONLY thing that makes this excusable... sort of... is that 1.9 also adds a new enchantment that goes on boots, which allows you to walk on water, specifically by turning water blocks that you step on into ice. While not an ideal solution... because you'll leave ice trails all over rivers and oceans AND you'll have to fry your hunger meter due to the constant running... it's at least a method of crossing water that isnt beyond terrible. Of course... you have to GET the enchantment first. And you'll probably want an anvil at the same time, since if those boots are important for you to get around (depends on your world), you want to make sure they dont break... because it might be pretty tough to replace them.

It's the very first change to the game I've very much disagreed with, this boat thing, and one of the very few that you also cant just ignore so easily, since it's not an ADDITION, but instead changing something that was already there and frequently used.

First update in awhile to do that sort of thing, actually. Though the bit that'll be the most jarring for some players will be the total overhaul to the combat. Cant click-spam things to death anymore, nope! That's not a complaint, mind you. Not everyone agrees with the new combat system, but usually those that dont seem to be PVP players that dont want to change their old tactics (if you can call "click mouse alot while jumping up and down" tactics). Seems pretty good to me.

But that boat thing.... uuuugh. I use the stupid things alot, so that one definitely hurts. Those initial diamonds on any new world I start, as well as finding some freaking COWS (need bookshelves for enchanting), just became waaaaayyyyyyyy more important, since it's never long before there's some reason for me to cross some huge lake or whatever, so I'll want those damn enchanted boots. Bah.
