Sega Genesis's Sonic the Hedgehog was the first I can remember playing. I can't remember how old I was but I think I was in pre-k... amazing game with some great music.

It's hard to believe some of you guys' first games were Pokemon on Game Boy, that wasn't even that long ago! I feel old. :(

The first two games I played were A Link To The Past and Super Metroid on my moms SNES (Shockingly my mother used to be a gamer) But the first game I ever owned was Pokemon Blue when I was 5 in 98.

I had something called FaceMaker for Comodor 64 when I was 3 or 4. I spent hours upon hours making faces on that thing!

I liked that Zelda game, but I played way later on one of the Game Boy's.

Pokemon Blue was my favorite Pokemon game ever, played it on GBC and GBA. My brother laughs at me and says they're pretty much all the same (before Gold/Silver) but whatever..

My first console game was the Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt cart for the NES, in 1992. My first PC game was Sim City 2000 for Windows 95, in 1998.

The Coleco Telstar, an old old video game console that didn't use cartridges or any other medium, the three games it had (all versions of Pong) were all built into the console itself. Then we got a Coleco Gemini - an Atari 2600 clone - and things were much better.

My first PC games were TIE Fighter, X-Wing, Sim City, Doom, Doom 2, Heretic, Descent, Rise of the Triad, Master of Orion, Civilization 2, and a few others I probably forgot. I went a bit impulsive when I got my first good PC (486-33 - not amazing, since Pentiums were already out, but okay for what I was using it for).
