For me, the list would be too long to describe here, but here are a few

This is from the PC CD-ROM version - I still have the CD, but it's a little scratched and does not work very well anymore. Since it's Guile's theme, it goes with everything
Others:
-Classic Sierra games, including King's Quest 6, Space Quest 3, and Incredible Machine version 3.0 come to mind
-SimCity 3000 - I actually played more of SimCity 2000 and SimCity 4, both of which have good music, but I like the feel of this one
-Civilization (the original series). Each tribe had its own theme song, and CivNet (the multiplayer Windows version) had digital CD audio versions of each tune.
-Megarace - an early CD-ROM based racing game set in the future
-Hocus Pocus - a platformer game about a boy wizard that came out several years before the first Harry Potter book
-Death Rally - a top-down racing game from Apogee/3D Realms (it used an engine similar to the original GTA)
-Halloween Harry - also known as Alien Carnage
-Anything by Bobby Prince (Commander Keen, Doom, etc.)
