Meta Knight is easily the best, but Wolf, Mr. Game and Watch, and Pikachu are good as well.

You can use Kirby to spit people out underneath the stage, and then fly back up to make sure you don't die. I've annoyed people by getting repeated kills on them in that manner. Still, it doesn't always work—if your opponent knows what they're doing, they can get out of Kirby's mouth before they're too low to recover.

Kirby has always been my favorite to play as. Zelda, Diddy Kong, Sonic, and Pit are all good choices too.

I always thought that Melee had too many clone characters. I was glad that they fixed that in Brawl.

My top 5 Brawl characters
1. Meta Knight - I just like how he's a mysterious masked man with a golden sword and bat wings. He's mysterious and noble, just like me.
2. Lucas - I like how he's a nervous little boy with superpowers. Also, his PK Thunder is more fun to use than Ness's.
3. Samus - Few things in this world fill me with more joy than seeing an opponent get KO'd by a fully charged charge shot.
4. Mr. Game and Watch - Because he can hit his opponent with a credit card, a lit match, a chair ect. ect. No other character has that many silly weapons.
5. Pikachu - I like his agility and electrical attacks.
