What was the first video game you had?

Sonic 2 and NHL 94
for the Sega Genesis
got them for Christmas 1994 lol

Either Combat for the Atari 2600 or it might have been a hand-held game that involved saving babies from a burning building. I can't really remember which came first.

If I had to say, it would probably be on the NES, and the cartridge had: Super Mario Bros., Tetris and Nintendo World Cup (soccer).

I hate Tetris, rarely get far, I would kick the ball into the goal post with the same colour as me (my own team), but Mario was awesome, I have actualy been considering getting either the new DS or Wii version, but they don't drop in price.

Alien Trilogy for some console from Sega, I forget which. That game was/is so awesome, I still play it. The music is great and the levels are good.

Choplifter for the Sega Master System.

Super Mario World for the SNES.

Duck Hunt with my cousin I think, I played some old video games when we used to be semi-close.

My first console was the NES.

The old "big" Gameboy and Super Mario land 1. The second game was Tetris iirc.

I had PacMan and Centipede for the ATARI 400... 16 kilobytes of raw gaming/computing power!! !

Super Mario 64! I remember thinking it was impossibly hard and I didn't really play it very much until later.

Sonic was the first game I ever owned. It was also the first I ever played. Sonic ruled.

I don't think it was the very first, but the first game to make a massive impact on me was Baldur's Gate 2, I played that and subsequent RPGs seemed tiny and narrow in scope, though Bioware's turned out many phenomenally awesome titles since then

(Bethesda are also rather awesome, but in a completely different way)
