Most Blizzard games have had expansions anyway. Personally, I like the idea of splitting Starcraft 2 up into a trilogy. You get a better story that way.

I have StarCraft 2. I used to actually be pretty good on StarCraft 1, so I got into platinum league although I played less than 6 games at that time. If you guys need help on becoming better just send me a message and I'll help train you. If you're in gold/platinum, maybe we can 2v2 or 1v1 sometime.

I don't care for the story. As somebody who is mostly interested in just the custom play, having to buy each expansion just to keep up to date and have access to newer units/map editing features, I find this completely ridiculous.

Why the hell should I have to pay for some damn story I have absolutely no interest in? At a likely 50 dollars a piece, that comes out to 150 dollars, for a bunch of story that I wont even touch. I just want to play the game, not the story!

But, as with all other Blizzard games, it will be released when it's done and they have no qualms about pushing back release dates.

That's why their games are so good.

If only "Starcraft: Ghost" had that kind of chance (heard that the publishers when bankrupt, so the game never released . . . that, or blizz felt they just couldnt do it right . . . ).
