What are you thoughts on the Nintendo 3DS?

@Suiseiten; This don't really cause problem, you can always turn the 3D off. It's a Nintendo handled, so there is pretty good chance of having great non-missable games.

Looks like a bit like the 360's Jade Empire or Ninja Gaiden II. Definitely a next-generation handheld.

I was looking forward to this and then I realized that I just don't play portable games. I have a DS and a PSP and they both just sit around, not being used. I don't have time to play one at work, and when I'm at home, if I want to play a game, I'll play on my Xbox 360 or PS3.

Jade Empires was for the original Xbox.

The August 2010 issue of Game Informer has a list of working titles for 3DS, and Square Enix does have a Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts title in the works. But I'm more interested in what Atlus is bringing to the table: not one, not two, but three Shin Megami Tensei games! *gets on knees, clasps hands and looks skyward* Please Izanagi - er, I mean God - let there be a Persona title in that list...

That video is kinda weakening my defenses. The crispness of the art actually makes me wish that I could get one sooner rather than later, but there are more pressing issues before I consider it as a remote possibility.

I'm not sure if KH is under development. Here's a link to the list of 3DS games that have been made or are being made. It's from Wikipedia, so it should update occasionally.

There is a "Kingdom Hearths 3D" in the list, strangely there is also "Final Fantasy", just "Final fantasy". Maybe they don't want to show the complete title yet.
