Best song/theme in any game?

This music and video are presented as they occur in the game. Specially for this, I searched for a video in HD, of which it is highly deserving.

I like the HL2 song.

I am a fan of two great composers/developers. One is Akira Yamaoka. He is unfortunately no longer developing for the Silent Hill series, which seems to have had major overhaul in management and production personnel.

Within his oeuvre for Silent Hill, here is the song which, if not my favorite, certainly has the most plays:

Second is Michiru Yamane, who has been composing music for video games at least since the prominence of MSX. She responsible for iconic classics in the Castelvania series, which she continues to compose for. Here is a song from the title "Lament of Innocence".

Although I haven't played Metal Gear Solid 3, there was a youtube compilation with space battles from Stargate Atlantis set to its theme. Sounded rather cool.

I would always get excited when I finished Act 2, because Act 3 was coming up. This is by far the best Sonic theme ever.

Also, Legend of Mana's soundtrack. Specifically, this orchestrated version of The City of Flickering Destruction:
