You guys know you can turn off the Vita Chambers, right?

I don't know about the 360 version, but they added it to the PC version with the patch.

Oh, I read that wrong. I knew they had figurines. This is what I thought you were talking about: http://www.amazon.com/BioShock-Big-Dadd ... 818&sr=1-1

I've never really been into figurines. I'm really amazed at how detailed those are, though. That little sister is even creepier than the ones in game. >_< I wonder how sharp those weapons are?

I want to play this game so bad but I'm not 17 yet, and I don't have an Xbox or a PS3. :( Maybe I'll be able to find a system and a copy when I'm older.

You can get it on PC. :) And heh, I'm 15, I managed to walk into a game store and purchase it no problem? =P

I'm just as guilty :x But then again I'm a sucker for any game that gives me the option to spec all melee, so.. hehe.

If you like Bioshock, you should read the book it is based on (or rather the book it shamelessly rips off, seeing as no reference was made in the credits or royalties paid). The book is 'Atlas Shrugged' by Ayn Rand and Bioshock is basically that book as a game; it's why that character is named Atlas, it's a wink, wink reference.

Great game, one of my favourites, but it has dated a bit gameplay wise and is way too easy even on hard setting.

Also *SPOILER* if the vita chambers that revive you, don't revive anyone else you kill because at the time of the story they are only attuned to Ryan DNA. Then shouldn't Andrew Ryan come back to life after you kill him in that cutscene? Unless this is addressed in Bioshock 2, I haven't played it yet.

I love Bioshock. Next playthrough will be on hard and ill be nice to the little sisters instead of consuming them all. I had no idea what to do with all the adam i had right before the last boss.. Lesson learned; No need to be greedy.

Didn't they address this in the game? Like the Vita Chambers were turned off right before that happened? Something like that?

It's been a while, so I don't remember exactly.

Not adressed in Bioshock 2, nope. I don't think they would have thought to add that in though, as it's something not many people would have picked up on.

And yes, I love that book!! ! :) Can't say I agree with the point Ayn Rand is trying to get across, but still, one of my all-time favourites.

I suppose it's just a plot-hole; unless there were plans to bring Ryan back later in the story that they abandoned and then either didn't have time to or simply forgot to fix the plot-hole.

Can't say I'm that excited for Bioshock Infinite though, it just looks like a prettier, more streamlined rehash of the original. Couldn't they just have made an entirely new game with a new IP (Intellectual Property)?
