it really was. In p3 I even questioned what me persona would be. In p4 all I could think was why not just go on tv again/ think for one second and as to what's really going on and the real 100(how you awaken ending) ruins a great legand AND the small town. I found so many loopholes and fails. I new the real enemy from the 2ed month.

Honestly, I never got to the end of that one. I'm really stubborn about not ever reading spoilers, but this game disappointed me so badly that I let a friend just tell me how it ended. But in the end it really wasn't the storyline that bothered me so much. I just got to kuni-no-sagiri (the heaven boss) and decided that I may put up for a boss that evil in digital devil saga, but I wasn't going to put up with it for p4's lame characters.

For the persona games, just play as you deem fun; and watch the alternate endings over youtube. Or try to get them in a second run-through (new game+).

But thats not how I feel about Persona. Persona 3 had a mixed of game play and story. Final fantasy is one or the other.

I never really thought of Persona 3 as having "alternate endings." Do you mean with the social links, and that affecting the final battle? Or do you just mean playing whichever version you're playing?

Infoseeker said I should play the game for fun and watch the videos online. P3 had two endings. The final ending that made me cry and The ending where you die without knowing(not a spoiler) What I meant was Persona 3 had a great story and game play, The fact you could not comand your team made you really think of what attack you use and when. Final fantasy on the other hand is good game play and sucky story or great story but a battle system that sucked.

I'm been a huge fan since I first played Persona 3. After hearing how awesome the core series and the others were I branched out and played as many as I could. Man, I love this series. Strange Journey is one of my favorite games.

I bought Persona 3 FES because after hearing all the great reviews it had. At first, I didn't like it much. Once I got a feel for it, it was hooked!

I've beaten twice now, and I also went out and bought Persona 4. I'm on my second playthrough on P4 right now.

They are very unique, awesome games. :D

Played Persona 4 for the first time this afternoon. So far it's pretty good. After having beaten Persona 3 Portable, I feel right at home with Persona 4's gameplay mechanics.

I am currently a minute less than 20 hours into Persona 3 and I can already say it's an all time favorite! I have also played part of the opening to Devil Summoner 2 at a friend's house, but didn't go any farther as I was still planning on playing the original.

Yes, it is my first time playing a Persona game. Is the team mate thing a vague hint or are you just reminding me? :?

I was extremely disappointed to see that nothing had been done with the series on PS3.
