I know this stoner who only plays League of Legends when he's high, make of it what you will. I can't recommend it myself.

Considering the dangers of drugs I find this thread disgusting. The only game you are playing with is your life.

As you can see, such threads anger me, but i am more concerned with the well being of others (and yourself) that will read this thinking there are no dangers here.

I can understand your concern but will disregard your warning. Driving an automobile is like playing with your life also but that seems to be acceptable in a majority of cultures.

I would have to say my opinion would be old school games like Pac-Man, Asteroids, Tempest, Xevious etc.

That's not viable. You have a choice to drive the car or not, with drugs, you don't have that choice because it can become addictive. Peer pressure may have also taken away that choice. Even now as we speak it is trying to convince you that it's safe. Peer pressure and addiction is never a good thing, especially for yourself and your family.

You may disregard my warning, i give you that choice.

Uranus, these kind of drugs (psychedelics, in general) aren't addictive, and personally, there was no peer pressure whatsoever (uh, my avatar, y'know). The only addictive drugs are stimulants/opiates, but there's no point in being on one while playing video games (well, some people may use caffeine to stay up playing, but the point of this thread is to see which games people think look and feel different while in an altered state).

You have the choice not to take the drug, and considering how little people walk these days, I think it's safe to say humanity has become "addicted" to driving.

ANYTHING has the potential to be "addictive," so that's a moot point. Also, you sound like you've been paying way too much attention to a high school health class, which is largely full of s**t.

Marvel vs Capcom because of all of the flashing lights and rapid movements. Also...dat theme music!

Katamari would also be fun to play.

I do not use drugs. But I suppose Endless Ocean would be the ideal choice. Is there anything more psychodelic than the ocean?

Also worthy of mention: some places on Xenoblade: Chronicles. Bionis' Leg (there is a giant robot in the background), Eryth Sea (floating islands and coral reefs. And at night, falling stars), Frontier Village (lots of colorful lights and the whole city is built inside a giant tree)) and Fallen Arm (the hand of the previously mentioned giant robot; there is a settlement in its palm) are good choices. And Satorl Marsh at night.

And The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. All of it.

Always loved playing Shadow of the Colossus while under the influence, so stark and beautiful. Often used to play RuneScape while high as well. Although it did take me a long long time to turn on the laptop and actually open up the client and log in. Ha, then don't even get me started on trying to actually have conversations with friends on their.

Why would you want to be in an altered state? Your body is telling you the drug is dangerous, that's why it comes back with all those symptoms of being high. We all should know by now that one drug leads to another, and the saying 'curiosity killed the cat' holds true.

I've never felt the need to use such things, i face my problems head on. I've seen with my own eyes what some drugs do to people. Remember that song, "it's becoming like a ghost town". Have a look around, see what it has done for society. Everywhere that i look there are faces that are pale, thin, and ugly. Eyes red and bulging outwards. Speak to them and they have this deep monotone voice with absolutely no regard for anything. Is this the future of mankind?

When you stop caring about yourself, you stop caring about others, and that's is when they start poking their noses where it doesn't belong (crime). Such people can be found in charity shops nicking stuff. When they get banned they sometimes come back in and are surprised to find they are banned. It's sad really. In the UK such drugs are banned. You have basically stepped over the mark, and it's most likely you will keep on stepping over the mark till it's too late.

Funny you should say the high school health classes are full of sh**. At a young age anything which tells you what to do is perceived as being wrong. Anyone with more authority than yourself. This includes parents, police, government, teachers, adults. When you get older the same thing applies in the working place, suddenly your boss become this evil madman (or woman) hell bent on making your life a misery. It is only your friends that you can listen to apparently. Unfortunately, a government run health class which is run by professional scientist's or health people hold's no weight whatsoever... but you and your friends do.

But i'm not going to comment any further. I've had my say, and we agree to disagree.

Online multiplayer (like Black Ops 2) gets crazy when you're in a Xbox Live party with a bunch of drunk friends. Bunch of inappropriate things you'd never say sober are said through those mics.

I suggest: A slower speed of light by MIT labs.

...I've never done drugs, but I feel it would be suitable to the experience.

I find video games too confusing to play while tripping...though for being high I like the same sorts of games I would usually like which is a variety. But yeah I don't really play them that often even if I am high partially because I don't even have a game console if I did I would probably play them more.

I couldn't even play pong if I were tripping hardcore.
